Here are 2 ways to determine the value of anyones home
(by the way, they're both free too)
1) Send us e-mail to mail@SilverStarRealty.com and include your street address, city, and zip and we will send a CMA (comparative market analysis) back to you within 48 hours. (Harris County, TX. and surrounding area only, please). We promise not to sell your name or information to anyone else and we will not hound you to list with us. This is the most accurate way to determine market value for your home.
2) Go to this site http://silverstarrealty.com/taxes.htm and click on the county that you live in. Go to the "real property" or "appraisal roll" and enter your property address to get the tax value placed on the home. The tax appraisal is usually a little lower than the market value of your home but can be as much as 20% off. This method is moderately accurate in determing the market value of your home, but usually is too low.
